What should I do before ordering contact lenses?
You should contact your optician before using contact lenses to make sure the lenses have the right base curve and diameter.

Can I return my contact lenses?
If you havent opened the package you can.
If you have opened the package we will not accept any returns.

How do I know your contact lenses are safe?
Our contact lenses are CE approved (ISO9001). The CE marking certifies that a product has met EU consumer safety, health or environmental requirements.

How long can I use the contac lenses?
We have different types of contact lenses. Some last for three months, others for a year. Check the description of each product for more details.

Remember to always remove the lenses if they feel uncomfortable, if you have a cold or any other problems that affect the eyes, and if you are taking a shower or bathing.

What kind of shipping do you use?
We use DHL for all full price corsets. Clothing, accessories and corsets on sale are sent by regular post. For more info, go here.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship Worldwide.

When can I expect my items?
For corsets, please allow between four and ten days for delivery. Remember that you can track your corset order by going to dhl.com and plotting in your tracking number.
Other items are sent by regular post, which may take from five days to a month. We are not responsible for delays.
For other items, there is no need to contact us inquiring where your item is before the four weeks have passed.

Which sizes do you carry?
We have regular sizes from 18" to 38", and can custom make corsets with other measurements.

Do you use steel boning for your corsets?
Yes, we use a mix of flat steel boning and spiral steel boning to conform to the most dramatic curves. It gives more comfort to the wearer, and also decreases wear and tear on the corset itself.

Where are you based?
We are based in Prague, Czech Republic, and all sale corsets and accessories are sent from here. Full price corsets are sent from Pakistan, clothing is sent from Prague or Asia.

How much is it for the clothing and corsets in my currency?
To find the price in your currency, choose from the pulldown menu on the right hand side. If your currency is not there, please go to xe.com to convert it.

When do you have sales?
We do not have set times for the larger sales, but there is always at least one reduced item in our shop. Check back frequently to see what we have on sale!
